We need you who have at least three years of experience as a social worker in elderly care. You need to be self-sufficient as a social worker. The work mostly takes place on-site with the client. 

You will receive secure employment conditions, good benefits, and personal contact with your consulting manager who is also a social worker, while you can focus on those who need your help. We have several assignments in Sweden, and as a consultant, you choose where you want to work and to what extent. We have assignments both full-time and part-time. As a consultant at Dedicare, you can choose whether you want to take longer or shorter assignments and whether you want the workplace to be near your home or if you wish to travel. We tailor the assignment to your preferences. 

As a social worker consultant, it is important that you are independent and prepared for a varied and challenging job. You are self-sufficient and have the ability to adapt to new work environments. As a person, you are attentive, positive, and solution-oriented. Our clients expect speed and efficiency as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
